Project review
Before we get started, we’ll get you to talk us through the technical specifications of your project. That way, we can all make sure we’re on the same page, and ensure the plants can fit flawlessly into your plans. You’ll be allocated a designated account manager so that you always know who your point of contact is, and they will work closely with your site team to ensure that everything aligns with your plans.
Site survey
We know that plans can change at any moment, so our team will conduct site visits and pre-install checks to make sure we have everything we need to get started, from the irrigation system to fixing points.
Installation
Our installation team is fully insured and qualified, with a strong knowledge of health and safety protocols. Once everything is ready for us, we’ll handle the plant installation with minimal disruption, as well as the clean up and final styling – one fewer thing on your to-do list.
Maintenance
If you need any adjustments made to the plants after installation, we can react quickly to ensure everything stays on track. We offer a bespoke plant maintenance service, or we can hand over maintenance instructions for someone else to handle.

Plant installations need to be compliant with building safety regulations to make sure they don’t cause any issues – for example, poorly-installed planters could lead to water damage through irrigation problems. We’ll make sure that your chosen greenery integrates safely with the building’s mechanical and electrical systems.
