How We Work with Facilities Management Professionals
We’ll work closely with you from the very start to make sure we’re suggesting the right plant solutions for both the space and the occupants.
Site survey
Before we get started, we’ll carry out a comprehensive site survey. We’ll consider the amount of light and space available, as well as factors like interior traffic flow and temperature changes, as these will all influence which plants would be best suited for the property.
Design phase
Based on our site visit, we’ll be able to suggest the most appropriate plants. For example, for rooms that don’t get a lot of airflow, we might recommend plants that have better air purifying qualities, or in rooms that don’t get much natural sunlight, we can pick plants that thrive in darker conditions.
Installation
Our installation team will arrange to fit the plants at a time where there will be minimal interruptions to your work day. All of our professional installers are fully trained and insured, with a thorough understanding of health and safety regulations, so everything will be fully compliant.
Maintenance
As a Facilities Management professional, we know you’ve got enough on your plate as it is. We offer maintenance services that can be scheduled around you (and your plants!) to check up, clean, prune and water them, or even replace them if necessary. We use a field service management system called Job Logic, a digital system where our clients can access real-time job progress and status updates and maintenance visits, so that you’re always kept in the loop.
Ongoing support
You’ll be allocated a designated account manager who will regularly check in to see if you need anything – you won’t need to waste your time chasing us up. If any problems do occur, or you have any questions, we’ll deal with them as fast as we can.

We can also suggest low-maintenance plants if you are happy to care for them yourself.
