Creating beautiful spaces

Plants should never be an afterthought, so we collaborate with design teams to make sure that they are integrated into the design scheme from the very beginning. Greenery can be used in so many different ways to change the look and feel of a space; it can add texture, contrast and colour, softening the look of otherwise hard architectural materials.

They can be used to define zones, create quiet spaces or be used as a statement feature – we will work with you to dream up solutions that complement the overall aesthetic and functionality of your space.

Clear visual concepts

Having a creative vision is one thing, but being able to communicate them to stakeholders or clients is another. In order to make sure that your ideas will translate from the initial concept, we create fully visualised proposals to show how plants will look in the finished space. Having visualisations before installation makes the buy-in and approval process more straightforward, which can prevent delays or last-minute changes. We work collaboratively with design teams to make sure the planting schemes align with the wider vision.

Practical, not just pretty

Although we want all of our plant installations to be visually appealing, we know that planting schemes also need to be easy to maintain and suited to the environment. We carry out site surveys to look at factors like light and footfall, as well as maintenance access, to determine the best types of plants and plant solutions.

Different solutions can be specified depending on what the project needs, so that the end design will be beautiful and, most importantly, achievable. Our guidance means you can make more informed decisions, but without having to compromise your creativity.

Keeping your vision alive

Long after the project is completed, we know design teams want assurance that the space will continue thriving. We offer regular maintenance appointments to our clients, making sure that the plants look healthy, tidy and visually consistent, replacing plants where necessary to keep everything looking its best.

Reliable project delivery

During the fit out process, we know that there’s a lot of different contractors working to different timelines, and getting everything to align can be tricky. We work closely with project teams, using our understanding of construction programmes and the demands of project schedules to make sure planting is installed at the right time. Clear communication and proactive planning is important to fit out teams, which means that it’s important to us.

Reducing site challenges

We know that plans can change at any time, so we make sure to work flexibly. If the scope of the project changes, or the timeline shifts, just let us know – we are happy to adapt. When we are planning the installation, we will consider details like site access, logistics and potential project constraints, to keep everything as straightforward as possible.

One point of contact

You will be allocated a dedicated account manager who will proactively keep on top of the project. Having a single point of contact makes communication and co-ordination easier, and means that you are working with someone who knows the ins and outs of the project.

As well as having a dedicated point of contact, Oasis Plants works as a single-supplier solution for planting. We provide everything from design support, specification, the supply of plants, installation and ongoing maintenance, so there is less for you to juggle.

Minimising post-handover problems

Poorly chosen or installed plants won’t keep clients happy for long, and can quickly lead to complaints after project completion. Impactful installations need to be maintained for long-term satisfaction, so we offer ongoing maintenance to make sure that all plants stay looking healthy and presentable, keeping quality standards high.

A stunning planting scheme goes a long way to creating a polished, complete corporate environment, which will mean happier clients in the long term.

Sustainability and innovation

ESG targets are a major focus for many businesses, just as it is at the heart of Oasis Plants. Just some of our focuses include:

• In 2023 we partnered with Ecologi to plant a tree for every live office plant sold. We now work with Tree-nation and, to date, we have planted 64,226 trees.
• The European nurseries we work with operate primarily on solar power.
• We’re on track to have an entirely electric fleet of vehicles by the end of 2026.
• We use Vulkaponic as a planting substrate for all interior plants, as it’s a more sustainable alternative to compost.

Our sustainable practices mean that partnering with us can help you to meet environmental goals in an evidence-backed way. We are transparent with our practices to help your business meet procurement and reporting requirements, and you can be confident that you are working with a sustainable supplier. We use the Hedgehog Carbon Platform to support carbon accounting and CO2 reporting, giving greater transparency around environmental impact, and improving operational efficiency and risk management.

We offer a wide range of planters that are either sustainably produced or made from recycled materials, including marine debris, recycled household waste, car bumpers, telephones and keyboards – and they are available in a range of colours and finishes, so you’ll be certain to find a planter to complement your design scheme. We also offer a range made entirely from biodegradable recycled forest residue with a water-based binder, certified as ‘Cradle to Cradle’, meaning both the material and production process comes at no cost to the planet.

Innovation is also a major focus for us. Our biophilic designs are carefully considered to support the wellbeing of occupants, as plants are known to improve air quality, improve productivity and reduce stress.
