When outdoor retailer Mountain Warehouse designed their two-floor London headquarters, the goal was clear: create a workspace that mirrors their brand’s passion for the Great Outdoors. We collaborated with them to design and install a comprehensive interior landscaping scheme that blends lush aesthetics with functional office design.

The design centres on the Mountain Warehouse philosophy—encouraging a connection with nature. By maximizing the building’s abundant natural light and integrating a mix of live and artificial planting, we created an environment that feels organic, revitalizing, and true to the brand’s identity.
- A Statement Entrance: In the reception area, a striking, double-height green wall serves as a focal point. Featuring the company slogan, the installation provides an immediate, immersive “outdoor” welcome for visitors.
- Multi-Functional Greenery: Beyond aesthetics, the planting serves as a structural tool within the open-plan layout. We integrated live planting into open shelving and cabinet-topped displays, specifically Aglaonemas, Aspleniums and Monsteras, allowing the foliage to perform “double duty” as both a decorative element and a functional divider.
- Integrated Social Spaces: The breakout areas benefit from bespoke joinery seating that seamlessly incorporates integrated planters. This creates a more intimate, secluded feel for informal meetings or quiet lunches.
By expertly mixing live specimens with high-quality artificial foliage, we ensured the office stays vibrant and green year-round, even in areas further from the windows.
The finished workspace is more than just an office; it’s a physical extension of the Mountain Warehouse brand. The integration of greenery has transformed the London HQ into a high-energy yet restorative environment.
