The Northwest regional headquarters for a global leader in financial data and analytics is a modern, high-spec commercial space designed to prioritise employee well-being, collaboration, and environmental responsibility. To complement the building’s contemporary architectural design, the client partnered with our team to create a bespoke interior planting scheme that brings warmth, life, and natural texture into key communal and workspace environments.
Aligned with the organisation’s strong global commitment to ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles, sustainability was placed at the heart of the design brief from day one.
The brief required an eco-conscious approach, specifying planters that minimized environmental impact without compromising on high-end interior aesthetics.
A central architectural feature of the space is a high-traffic curved seating zone. However, due to architectural shading and restricted natural sunlight, live plants would struggle to thrive long-term in this specific area.

The main open-plan spaces needed vibrant, health-boosting foliage to soften architectural lines and improve the overall environment for staff and visiting executives.
To fulfill the eco-friendly brief, we sourced 100% of the planters from certified sustainable ranges – utilising recycled materials and low-carbon manufacturing processes. These planters provide sleek, understated backdrops that elevate the foliage while directly supporting the client’s environmental commitments.
Across the main office areas and reception spaces where natural light flows freely, we integrated a rich selection of live architectural foliage, using Aglaonemas, Ficus Elastica Robusta, Philodendron and Kentias to name a few. These living statement plants improve indoor air humidity, reduce ambient noise, and create an immediate sense of calm and vitality.
To address the low-light challenge around the curved seating area, we engineered a realistic artificial planting solution. By seamlessly integrating high-grade replica trailing foliage into the seating structure, we achieved a lush, green aesthetic that remains vibrant year-round without requiring artificial UV grow lighting or risking plant decay.
The finished installation delivers a seamless blend of natural beauty, clever practical problem-solving, and sustainable design. By pairing live, vibrant, textured foliage with realistic replica solutions in low-light corners, this global financial data leader now enjoys a resilient, vibrant biophilic environment that inspires both employees and clients.
