We’re a family run business with over two decades of experience. We combine the art and science of horticulture to create plant displays which are both beautiful and practical. We love to work with visionary creatives, and share our horticultural expertise to deliver designs unmatched in the industry. We complement your brand and make your project stand out from the crowd.

Giles likes to visit our clients to check they are happy with our services and also visits new clients to introduce our planting designs. He oversees large projects and supports our team as we strive to hit our targets. We are thankful for his enthusiasm and passion as we continue to grow as a company. Giles is a very competitive darts player and enjoys spending time with his son over the weekends. He also enjoys cooking with friends and family.

Jonathan works closely with our Business Development Associates to help them reach their sales targets and find warm leads throughout the UK and abroad. With over 30 years experience as an established interior & exterior plant consultant, we value his expertise and passion for biophilia. Jonathan will take any opportunity to spend time with his grandchildren and he also enjoys having his married children back to the home and cooking for them.

Arnie works with our Operations team and suppliers to find the most effective methods of installation and sustainable products. As a company we prioritise uncompromising quality and sustainability on every project so he is critical in challenging us as a company to ensure we are continuously pursuing both. Arnie is a fantastic cook and can conjure up meals which include flavours from all over the world.

Katie is responsible for a wide range of finance related tasks at Oasis and certainly an expert in that field. She is a willing employee who ensures our existing clients and new clients are happy with their ongoing maintenance service and will do tasks outside her main job role. Over the weekends and in her spare time she loves a classic Thai meal and a game of scrabble with family.

Matthew oversees our designs as they are installed and also ensures that each client is given the correct aftercare once the project is complete. He has been in the company since day one! When Oasis started, Matt was travelling around the UK as a maintenance technician - and now he's in his own office, providing top customer service. We've come a long way! Over the weekends, Matt likes to fire up the grills and have a BBQ with family. He will also happily get stuck into home projects, especially in the garden.

Larry is very proactive in going out to visit potential clients, researching warm leads and ensuring our clients are given the best service when it comes to the design and quotation stage. He has expertise in all of our services and strives to broaden our client database and smash our sales target every week. In his spare time, Larry enjoys playing football and spending time with his nephews. He also enjoys an ‘Old Fashioned’ or two and large fish & chips.

Paul is an artistic genius. His creative flair and passion for unique designs helps us to stand out from the competition and his projects never fail to blow us away. He will oversee our projects as they are prepared and manufactured, ensuring that every detail is covered and our clients receive a stunning design. Paul loves desserts, especially doughnuts. Over the weekends and in his spare time he continues to put his green fingers to the test with projects in his home and garden.

Hugo works with the rest of our installation team to ensure that our projects go as smoothly as possible especially for our green wall designs. Thanks to his electrical expertise he has mastered our irrigation systems which are supplied with our larger living wall projects and is able to constantly monitor the growth and requirements of the green wall. Hugo likes to relax and play golf over the weekends with friends. He also enjoys entertaining friends & family in his garden ‘man hut.’

Ketsia has an eye for detail and with her passion for interior design she puts together some stunning schemes for our clients. This can include material such as living wall designs, moodboards for large projects and visuals for proposals which reflect our clients requirements. She also oversees our marketing and will never stop promoting the benefits of biophilic design. In her spare time and over the weekends, Ketsia likes to cook for friends & family especially if it’s at the beach and also enjoys biking.
